Subject: New use for pizza dough recipe

We've been enjoying the pizza dough recipe shared on here a while back.
We've played around a little and come up with another tasty treat to make with the dough.
Use 1/2 batch of the dough and roll it out about the thickness of corrugated cardboard. Cut into 1/2 strips about 6" long and tie each one in a knot. (A little tricky, but not bad once you get the hang of it.). Dunk in butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. (Don't put too much or it will run off and burn on the pan.)
I put them on for about 5 minutes as the pizza is finishing. Drizzle with some powdered sugar mixed with vanilla to make a glaze.
