Nemaha County | Take the snap ring off the back side by the bearings. Then press out the shaft from the front. The impellar, shaft, bearings and seal will be in the kit. Clean up the housing and weep hole. Use a wire wheel to get all the rust and everything else out of the pump. First you install the seal in the water pump housing with some silicone. Use the tool that comes with the kit. The spring on the seal goes tward the oil side. Assemble the shaft and bearings. Install it from the backside, use a little clean oil on the front side of the shaft where the seal will ride. Install the snap ring. Install the impellar flush with the shaft. Install the gear. Important part is to always support the shaft when pressing on bearings or the impellar. Most times the front cover is pitted, I like to put some silicone on it too. Might also put a new oring on the top fitting of the pump and the two orings in the bypass tube.
