NS Canada
- By the Energy Policy Act of 2005, daylight saving time (DST) was extended in the United States beginning in 2007. As from that year, DST begins on the second Sunday of March and ends on the first Sunday of November

- Energy Policy Act of 2005 is a bill passed by the United States Congress on July 29, 2005, and signed into law by President George W. Bush on August 8, 2005

Seems we just tagged along.. I think with enough public push they would scrap it all together. Seems like an easy win for gov't to please the people if it was called for. Seems to do more hard than good.
