Floyd County, Iowa | I posted this to the machinery forum, but will post here also, as I'm new to this site and not sure where this question fits.
Can I use a TruCount electrical "half width disconnect" on an '89 JD7300 vertical fold 12 row 30" planter? I called TruCount and couldn't get a firm yes or no. Don't know if the u-joint on the wing drive will pose a problem or not.
Their individual row air clutch system is a bit more than I can justify spending.
