Pic 1 about 2 wks before I cut it. I cut mine pretty early. About 10-15% headed. Didn't get as much tonnage as others but really good quality. Some neighbors let there's completely head out but I don't think there's was as good as mine. What I like about it is its only about a 60 day crop. I cut my wheat for hay and put millet in 30 days after. Millet is baled and off plenty of time to get wheat back in.

Pic 2 some of the bales stacked. Let it cure for 5 days before baling.
