You probably will do fine with a 256GIG SSD. If you need more storage, use the cloud (google or dropbox) and get a larger but separate usb drive for VIDEO, PICS, and other large files. That separate drive would not have to be a SSD.
SSD's over 256gig get very expensive fast as size goes up. Remember SSD's work great, they are fast but when they fail, mostly with no warning. So back stuff up.
