First off, try another skin and see if that resolves it. Second, Check your HTML editor toggle at the bottom left of the reply window. If that doesn't work, Install the IE Tab extension for Firefox. It will give you a small toggle in the browser toolbar which lets you switch from Firefox to IE within Firefox. Hopefully that will resolve it.
