Near-north Ontario, French River | When did you send the information request? You say you have waited 3 days, and today is SUNDAY the 17th so can we assume you sent the request on this past Friday, the 15th? FWIW, I think it might be a bit unreasonable to expect a response THAT quick.
edit..: reread the OP... So sent on Wednesday the 13th. Still , that's being a bit unreasonable. Maybe after a month I'd raise an eyebrow but then again I'm pretty easy going .
