I doubt you'll see a yield response to copper here on corn or soybeans. Maybe on oats.

I once pumped about 10 lbs/acre copper sulfate through the pivot onto 1/4 circle. That showed up in the tissue tests! But not on the yield monitors.

You can get copper sulfate in prills for blending or you can get sprayable powder. I wouldn't be afraid to put either on top of un-frozen no-till soil, if you've got decent biology and residue cover it will work it's way down.
But I wouldn't expect an economic yield response unless you're already at very high yield levels.
