It is amazing how much stiffeners add to a bin. I moved some small Westeel bins and was a while getting the stiffeners back on and you could really see the sheets stiffen up when you tightened the bolts.
But I would contact the bin manufacturer, they should be able to tell you if they will work, or maybe swap for the sheets you need.
