If you plan to enlarge holes simply use John Deere bushings that have been used I believe back to the max emerge 2 to the present. Readily available and inexpensive.


Wouldn't the OP also replace all the bolts, nuts and washers to metric? Unless the bolts have been ran loose and are also worn out, that would increase his cost by $2 a hole.
