Passcodes are good until to many no them. Keys the same way. The best way is not suppling power to the pump from a nearby switch. That and padlocks are the still the best, cheapest way to go. If you want to spend real money you can put in a keycard system or something sililar but that I would not think would be cheap. Padlocks and shutting off power are dependable systems also.
