Subject: Drilling a steel column

I am running some conduit in my ~35 year old Butler building. The conduit will be attached to the top of the girt. I would like to drill a 2" hole through a main column to run the conduit through rather than zig-zag around it. The column is about 12" deep at the bottom, 16" at the height I want to drill, and must be about 20" at the top. The web is about 1/8" thick. There are additional sets of holes for girts, and the X braces have an oval hole about 2" x 1".

Will drilling such a hole comprise the structural integrity of the column? I have tried contacting Butler, but haven't received a response.
