Thanks. He gave me general numbers which helped a lot. He said:

1. Stem wall and piers run you $50 to $60 per linear foot

2. 20' tall building assembled with NO doors is around $9.50/square foot if it's a big building

3. 24' wide by 18' tall bi-fold doors run you $7,000 per door.

That is enough information to get in the ballpark. There is some that needs to be done before the stem wall and piers of course (site prep) and there is a ton that needs to be done afterwards if you want to turn it into a shop but that's the basic structure to get you started and put your equipment under a roof.
