A prehistoric "adjustable" wrench, push it onto a square nut and turn. If it was branded Snapon, it would sell at auction for $5,000 (it is a complete set of wrenches from 7/16 to 7/8) but since it isn't, it is a novelty to display and worth a little more than it's scrap weight.
