I would posit: As the trend line yield increases, a "3" BPA yield per year becomes a smaller percentage, hence, the curve that the regression shows. And, as beans have lower BPA's, it should look like they have a higher rate, even if the BPA numbers are lower, 2/ 44 vs 3/166.

Just my thoughts, could be all wet.
