Take the little scrapers off the door (on the left side in your top photo) and put the knockouts in their place when putting the promax 40 disc in. Your bottom photo is the singulator. Then turn the little plastic knob/tab on the other side of the it to adjust the singluator down about half way over the hole in the Promax 40 disc to eliminate doubles. That is a good starting place.
