Subject: RE: Deere self propelled spreaders

Arlington, KY
We run a 4045. It has a little bigger bed, but basically the same height. It is a great machine with very good ride quality and efficiency. We spread Urea at 75' spread width and no streaking. I consider V10 corn to be the max height to get over. I expect 800 acres per day with the smaller fields we have here. We run 4038 sprayers and I think it will do a fine job on the spreader as well. They are balanced very well and have ample power, if there is such a thing :-).
