We have a couple 6.0s that had a plastic tube from the aftercooler to the engine intake. The tube on the driver's side. Those can crack or leak. There is a steel tube with standard boots offered that's around $125 or so. Ford offers it or several aftermarket companies.
Mine got recalled way back when and they replaced that plastic tube with the metal one.
