Cen. Pa. | Many people in our County sign up early, everyone submitted their bushels when they signed up because the girls that are FSA office told everyone that's the way it had to be done.. no one got paid till after the government shutdown was over, because just about everybody was over the county average and had it go through County committee..
OP is correct if you're not getting paid the ladies at your local office are slipping. When you submit your bushels and sign that paper you're really not signed up until your local FSA office Okays your application and enterers it into the system . Someone at your local office have to sit down and pull your 578 calculate your overall acreage and decide whether you are above or below the county average only then can they actually sign you up and once they do that you'll get your first payment in about 3 to 4 days and your second one 10 days.... | |
