| I found a wifi extender on Amazon. It's a little white box with two antennas that you plug into an outlet. It repeats the wifi signal and works well. The one I bought is NLA, but there are others available. It is configured either through a direct CAT 5 connection or wirelessly.
I've got one at my house and one at the farm and the idea works well. I set it up with the same name and password as the main router, so phones and the like just switch to the strongest one as needed. A cable can be connected to it also for a wireless then wired repeat if you desire. | |
