do what trint said and give the pent oil time to work couple of hours at least. then push in on the circle with pliers flat side the circle needs to be all the way up against the body and you will have to work at it, if its been there a while, (like years) it will fight you, just keep pushing in on the ring and pulling and pushing on the air line and eventually it will give.
