I work for a John deere dealer and today Feb. 7 2009 got a e-mail from the John Deere territory manager to not update the software. I installed a autotrac on a 8420 and installed the updated the first of this week, i'm lucky that it worked and no problems. Why as a dealer we have to hear this over the Internet and not from JD.
