When I looked at Ho bits it turned out I could get new wheels from Yetter with new bearings for about the same money when labor was figured. Picked them up at the factory in Colchester, IL.
I think I bought them from Sloan’s parts.

If you have never used ho bits, they are a lot of work to do and not cheap. They are many times better than new wheels when you are done.
