I know how you feel.
I just set the price on all remaining old crop (not much) and 2/3 of expected new crop. I don't expect huge fireworks but I feel like the upside risk is limited and the downside risk is not as limited.
I may be wrong but I don't expect it to be painfully wrong. Painfully wrong would be more than $0.50 wrong for me.
