Well what China says and what China does seldom matches. Won't expect much from that , hope I am wrong. I am a simpleton , doesn't our stocks to use ratio tell us as much as a chart ? I like charts but stocks to use isn't burdensome. Are we really gonna plant that many more acres of corn? I am not bullish , just friendly.
