South cental Ohio | Sorry but I don't have any pictures and if I did I don't have the ability to post any. I still have a flip phone LOL. The parts that I made were bushing and spools but I really wanted to replace the aluminum spider piece on the inside that the holds the fingers..... that however..... is one thing that I can't make LOL. My whole troubles started when a bolt came loose and fell out on the inside of the converter. The bolt was one of 2 held a spool that in turn held one of the 3 fingers. As you can imagine, it played hell on the internal parts before it quit turning. The converter itself is not that complicated to disassemble and repair....its just the fact that all the components are not readily available. Mine really needed a whole new assembly , which brings us back to the beginning---- BACKORDERED and not available. I hope that guy's tech learns how to properly rebuild a converter but I hope more so that Kawaski makes the parts available to those who want to fix it....like me ! | |
