Well, if there’s no farming heir, one option would be to sell it on contract for twenty years. Any excess over and above what the rent would have been, purchase tax deferred annuities with the balance each and every year. After the twenty year contract is up, turn on joint and survivor life only income, guaranteed for life. Can never outlive your money this way.
