Could you please list the rules and formations and how a dummy like me can use them to predict market moves?
Nope. You have to figure it out yourself. If you look at enough of them you will start to predict the future sometimes. As for the other times....well that's the REAL value in charts. It gives you an exit point. If I had to choose between taking advice from government numbers, charts, liars and guessers, I will take charts every time.
