I’m betting it’s right with $$$$. The technical side of it says I’m right.
I wouldn't bet against 32 going up if the reason for current pricing is to reduce supply from imports. If all of sudden demand increases by spring, they will be screaming shortage and needed price increases.
Lock in 32%?
