ESW ND | Every now and again, my Mom will confuse cashiers like that. She will usually do it with $20's or $50's and a few dollar bills and the change. So she can get back a single big bill for change instead of a bunch of ones. They look utterly blown away when she hands them the money. I don't remember the exact numbers but she owed like $14.50. So she gave her $34.50. The girl looks at it for a bit, digs in the register and hands her back $40 and told her to have a nice day. | |
