Texas/New Mexico Stateline | Yeah, I never worried too much about 1099 from anybody, much less the FSA.
Only time I have to worry is those checks you get right at the end of the year from some people. Are they going to put in on previous year or latter? I can always report it for whatever year I get it, but there is less likelihood of IRS attention if we are all on the same page.
