you plug that filtered splitter into your POTS duplex plug in the wall and then your DSL POTS line into the DSL labeled duplex plug and run it to your DSL modem.....from your DSL modem you run the ethernet cable to your ethernet plug on your PC
your other POTS phone line for your fone goes into the phone labeled one on the filtered splitter | |
