Some of the trucks did not come with SYNC, they had the 6 disc changer with the phone button but in order to pair your phone to the truck it had to have the SYNC system. I had a work truck that model and when you pressed the phone button all it did was turn the radio volume down to allow you to talk on the phone without the back ground noise.
How do I add Bluetooth in my 2008 F-250 radio
