Cambridge, southwestern Nebraska | I'm seeing the exact same thing. We have been cushioned here for the last 3-4 years with good yields. Going to be a bloodbath if we go back to average yields with todays prices. Makes me a little leery to price corn at what could be a pretty good loss but at some point I'll have to take what the market gives me and hope we can pull off the extra bushels again. I think it is early to throw in the towel yet. |
