20-30cents a foot around here.
I built a few fences last year at 60cents a foot plus materials. All of them required removing old fence and some fence line brush. Burned piles and removed wire(took to scrap yard and i kept the coin).
Made money on all fences with 1 helper @12.50/hr.
Used a lil 50hp kubota with grapple.
One job was 7000foot took 5 working days. Made about 1000 profit.
One was 17000ish foot took about 12 days.
Fence building sucks and i would not have done them but i was hoping for a lease so i did them. I did not get the lease.
Everyone around here is twice or more expensive, some even charge a labor fee of 100$ to set a corner post...
Those people.even bitched about the price at the end. Looking back at it not really the landlords i wanted oh well.
