| What you are seeing up in the rockshaft housing is the return flow from the rear hydraulic pump for the hitch & remote valves. It is completely normal because the old IH 06-56-66 series have an open-center hydraulic system, and you are seeing the return flow after it passes through remote valves and unloader valve which is built into the operator seat RH base. If the remotes and hitch are working, you are good to go. | |
