You might need new or modify your old mount brackets but if it's a WL40 or WL42 it'll work. If it's a WL 30 no, but that'd be obvious.
I had a WL 40 on a 856 and a 1086. On the 86 series though the front bracket extends out maybe a foot. That's because of the forward mounted cab.
