So, does the Hagie tie rod end have female threads on it for the toe-in adjustment? If so, it is possible that NAPA does not have them.  Do they look like this in this link?

Here is a Moog website that shows styles and dimensions. See if you can find the one you need. Just follow the "clickable links" at the top of the page to see how to do the measuring. If you select the rod end type first in the chart, that will narrow the available choices. They show using a caliper to measure thread pitch, but this isn't accurate enough--use a thread pitch gauge. With this information, I would hope that the Moog chart will get you part numbers for left and right hand threaded tie rods.
