Subject: Phoenix harrow on frozen ground

Asking for a friend, is there any advantage/disadvantage to running a Phoenix harrow on corn stalk ground when it's frozen out say in the 20 degree temperature range? Had anyone done it or have any thoughts on doing it to get the stalks knocked down.
