When we signed up for the 2018 soybean MFP payment, gov didn't ask for our soybean inventory, just our soybean acres. Gov won't know soybean inventory until all farmers report soybean inventory. Farmer soybean inventory reporting is scheduled to end May 2019, if government shutdown ends by then.
How did they decide the MFP payment amount?
