Greencastle, Pa. | Now I remember what day I started farming. Looking at the "little" Feb/March part I see the 29th. was a Thurs. {leap-year} My older brother helped me move from Damascus, Md. to the farm I was to start farming on close to Keymar,Md. the next day March 1st. 1968. It was raining when we left Damascus and when to got to the farm at Keymar [27 miles north] it was snowing. My first day of dairying was clearing 13" of snow so the milk truck could git in.
