Texas | It appears now after getting more details that there was a second person (black male) standing behind my family member as this was going on. It could have been a thing where they take off with a person’s phone upon determining how expensive it may be. Or could be a purse theft ring. This sort of stuff still goes on at these shopping centers. Hard to say just exactly what kind of deceptive thing they may have had planned. My family member had this gut wrenching feeling hit her hard. | |
