Concrete 50x70 6in plus 22x50 approach $26k installed
24x16 insulated roll updoor and opener $6k installed
Electrical wiring plus trench in 200ft from road single phase, LP, and water (no lights inside) $8k installed
Chinese T8 LEDs 100 lumens per sq ft $1k did myself
Spray foam insulation should be $1.50/ sq ft. Call it $12k installed
Radiant heater 2000ish. Call it $3k installed
Structure.....not sure. Mine was used.
