Central Illinois | Referee's and replay officials have had a tough day.
Really missed the goal-line play in the Chargers - Ravens game.
Should have been a Charger's touchdown. If not a touchdown, ball should have been just outside the goal line. Ball was placed close to the 1 yard line.
Almost a fumble on the next play (first ruled a touchdown, then ruled down by contact short of goal line and before fumble) that could have resulted in a Raven's defensive touchdown.
Edit: to answer your question, I thought replay was supposed to correct mistakes made by the officials. The announcers and their "expert " seemed to think it should be ruled a catch.
