Local dealers give me that line too. It seems they respray and I get the bill at list price for 3 items plus the spraying. The chemical company "pays" for part of the 4th item.
last year my dealer told me they couldn't afford to help me out on a mistake they made.. The very first retail place I called beat their price by 1/3.
