That web site says is legal in Ohio. Well I got a ticket for pulling a grain drill behind a pick-up with a tool trailer behind the drill. Can't pull 2 trailers behind a pick-up judge told me. I tried to claim "implements of husbandry". The judge said guilty and fined me.

It was some years ago, maybe the law changed.
