WCIL
I would recommend getting stainless instead of chrome if road salt is an issue. I tried chrome caps and nut covers and surface rust appeared within a few years. Replaced with stainless, and should look nice forever now. Installation advice: hubcaps usually just snap on the hub nuts on the outer circumference of the hub. You may need to turn the nuts a little to put the nut flats towards the outer circumference to get hubcaps to fit. Or they could be too loose and need the nut points turned toward the outside. They dent very easily, so use lots of patience and tap them on with the flat of your hand on the outer edge.
