It doesn’t roll on it’s own. Tractor will move when spring brakes are set and tractor is in low gear with engine running and I release the clutch. When I depress the clutch the tractor comes to a quick stop.
Wheels aren’t dragging. I am just checking the spring brakes in the farm yard.
