Something has to be wrong. I don’t even know if it’s possible, but are you sure the #60 chain is routed correctly? It has to go over the top of both the upper big sprockets. Maybe someone smarter than me can post a picture.

Is your feeder slip clutch good? Maybe pull your half moon cover off and have a look around? Cone vanes intact? There is a angle iron wear strip on back side of rock trap housing that can get worn through and hang up material.
